Meditation supports our relationships and personal wellness in so many ways. This can often be very personal work.
Our greatest opportunity for growth is often through how we relate to ourselves and to others. Building skills to notice our own subtle tendancies, understand the physiological response(s) we have, and to identify clearly and accurately what we are experiencing, supports us in effective communication, connecting more closely and building trust.
Private sessions allow us to address specific goals related to our personal and important relationships. We address how stress and stressors effect our nervous system and how to work directly with the most sophisticated neurocircuitry we have as humans to self-regulate and increase wellness.
