Foundations in Meditation: An Accelerator Series

The most common question I get from Educators after they experience short, guided meditations, and a bit of neuroscience on what we’re doing and why it “works” is-

“How can I bring this to my students?”.

Caring teachers and other school professionals want:

–> Students to experience the felt-sense of relief and well-being that the practices offer.

–> To be able to point students to their own inherent resources to feel well.

–> The sense of stability, security and well-being when we self-regulate and to learn more, and to extend it to youth.

This series is my answer. For the first time, I’m offering this Accelerator Series for Educators as a hybrid offering, providing on-demand lessons as well as live, virtual gatherings, and loads of resources.

We’ll devote over half our time to establishing our own daily meditation practice. This is how our health and wellness are impacted; this is where our personal growth occurs.

We also view this as foundational for being skilled to bring it forward with youth. We’ll engage meditation practices together and our time will provide simple steps, so you know what to do and why you’re doing it when you practice on your own!

The last third of our time will be dedicated to exploring best practices for working with youth, and establishing safe connections with others.  We’ll dive into rich resources that will support you in representing these initiatives in your classroom, building and other work environments.

Here’s What You Get:
  • 7 Live virtual gatherings, filled with content, live practices and community.
    • Live virtual gatherings will be recorded and shared with participants
