Intro to Meditation Series

In this flagship series, we explore what meditation and mindfulness is, what it is not, and gain insights and tips on how to effectively begin your own practice.

We practice secular meditation together, learn about the effects of stress on the brain and nervous system, and discover practical and accessible ways to build attentional awareness and skills to self-regulate. 

Learning more about the benefits of meditation and beginning to experience the effects of a regular practice is a giant step in self-care.  You’ll be empowered and delighted to learn the resources we have to cultivate our own mental, physical and emotional health and well-being.
